Registering your community allows you to access and complete the Nutrition Environment Assessment Tool (NEAT). Registration is simple and takes less than five minutes.

The first step is to identify the county in which your community is located. Registration is done by county and then community to make sure there is only one NEAT being completed at any given time for any one community.

STEP 1: Please click on the county in which your community is located (the community for which you wish to complete the NEAT).

Click here if the community that you want to complete the NEAT for is not in Michigan or if you do not represent a community but would like to access and view the online NEAT.
