Preview the Healthy School Action Tools
We recognize that schools sometimes do not have an Internet
connection in the location that their coordinated school health team meets
to discuss and reach consensus on their HSAT Assessment and Action Plan. Therefore,
we provide downloadable, PDF versions.
Although the print versions of the HSAT do not provide automated
scoring and corrections and other advantages offered online, they make it easier
for teams to quickly transfer their answers to the online versions.
The print (preview) materials are also useful for those who
do not represent schools (and therefore would not complete an HSAT Assessment
or Action Plan) but who are interested in assessments of this type or for those
who want to check to see what the HSAT Assessment and Action Plan are all about
before they make a commitment to completing it.

the following components of the HSAT Assessment. Note that the questions for all
topics and all grade levels are included in these print versions
along with the relevant instructions about which questions should be answered
depending on your school and topics selected. The online assessent automatically
displays only the relevant questions.
