Preview the Healthy School Environment Recognition Award Application (HSERP)
Although the best and easiest way to complete the HSERP is to use the online version, we also provide downloadable print version of the HSERP and associated materials. We recognize that schools sometimes do not have an internet connection
in the location that their school health team meets to discuss and reach consensus on their HSERP.
While the print version does not provide automated scoring and corrections and other advantages offered online, it will make it easier for teams to transfer their answers quickly to the online HSERP.
The print (preview) materials are also useful for those who do not represent schools (and therefore would not complete the Healthy School Action Tools (HSAT)) but who are interested in award applications of this type or for those who want to check to see what the HSERP is all about before they make a commitment to completing the it.
